Mia Knezevic

Mia is a junior from Palo Alto, California, majoring in International Relations and minoring in History. She studies on the Europe and International Systems and World Order tracks. She has specific interests in the Balkans and former Soviet states, as well as in conflict studies, human rights and migration, which she recently got to explore as an intern at the Post-Conflict Research Center in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. Previously, she has been a writer on the IRR for three semesters.

Outside of the IRR, Mia serves as a Pardee Dean’s Ambassador and is involved with Delta Phi Epsilon, BarMUN, and the Women’s Water Polo team. In her free time, she enjoys trying out different coffee shops and restaurants, reading, and hanging out with her roommates.
